Requesting a bike set-up from Cycle Lab to deal with back-ache while riding, they first determined to possible causes of the problem and suggested other remedies, rather than charging me for an unnecessary set-up. And once I changed my saddle as suggested, they fitted it and set up my bicycle for no extra charge! I appreciate the fact that they don't outright go for the option that will benefit them the most, but rather put my needs first!
And a last remark... The ride on Saturday was awesome, Martin is a wonderful marshal. Thank you for all the advice and care!
