About 5 months back i ordered body paint and under garments online. halve the order was delivered in reasonable time. i phoned and asked about the rest. "we are very sorry, will investigate and come back". they never phone back or reply on email, even though they say they will. when you ask them why they lei and do not keep their word om coming back, they are amazed that you think that. with in one week added another garment as i gave them a bit of rope. for this garment and previous outstanding order, i phoned for about a month or more, i received the garment, but the style was wrong. i left it at that. then i phoned for a month to get my paint.
the phone is either dead, or the person with the answer on delivery is never there, or they will come back, or the parcel is with the courier for more than a week. but then when i asked to cancel that order and refund me, they agreed. thus, THE PARCEL WAS NEVER WITH THE COURIER. then the, i will pay, i was busy, i will follow up etc.
then i asked again, deliver or refund, last week. now i am again with the for over a week, the parcel is with courier. i got shipping number: NO SHIPPING COMPANY IN SA HAS THIS NUMBER. again
