Why am I still being harassed by your debt collector if I have paid up my account in December 2010. I paid everything in full with Vericred on the 21/12/10 after they gave me the amount of R2336.38. Luckily I kept the email from them confirming my account is paid in full. Now a new debt collector, DMC is harassing me because according to Markhams I owe them money. Surely you should have updated your system that my account is paid up in full??? I cleared my ITC and they gave Markhams a chance to respond, you DIDNT. NOW 3 years on AFTER Ive paid you in full, you still want money from me??? For what???
I expect an answer IN 72 HOURS or I will be laying a complaint of harassment and also one with the National Credit Bereau.
This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Is this how you rob people after theyve paid you and then you want more?
