Very bad attitude, and False attitude

I received sms's on phone about my Thank you Points Card. First sms says Edgars has given me 50000 free thank you points and my balance is R78. This was the 19/09/13. Then a second sms on the 25/09/13 where it says Edgars will give me an extra 10000 points if i shop before 19/09/13. So we go into the store to check what the total balance available would be as my wife would like to buy some clothing. we walk into the store an see on the right the pay points. we get there no one to be seen. next we walk to the cellphone devision right next to the paypoint. 2 staff members just sitting there, we asked if we can be helped to check our balance of our card. so the women says very rude where offline. so we are alread7y boiling at this time and start to walk out. i then asked the security at the door to see the store manager, and he pointed the manager out. we walk up to the manager and asked if he would be able to help us. he then said that they are offline but he asked a lady to check at one till with a few people standing already in this que. the lady came back and said sorry there are no points available on the card. but clearly the sms state difrent. not a very nice shoping experien
