Incredible Connection
Can't get hold of accounts department

I've been trying to get hold of JD Consumer Finance also known as Hi-Finance, to arrange payment of my account. I have called the share call number via my cellphone 4 times and via my office landline 5 times. They either don't answer and you hold till you get a end-call tone or they pick up (you can hear people in the background) then put the phone down in your ear. I have send 3 emails and only got 1 system generated email back. Please can someone call me urgently. I bought a MacBook and iPad from Incredible Connection at The Glen shopping centre. Unfortunately JD Consumer Finance nor Hi-Finance is listed on Hello Peter so I'm now trying Incredible Connection.
