After I have battled to get the buyers postal address I posted Order 6421809, on the 19th of September, I confirmed it with marketplace. Couldn't put tracking number on the system because the parcel was not on the system due to the new system. Marketplace does not respond. I phoned kalahari without any success as the operator just told me to email marketplace again. No response again.
E-mail received yesterday from kalahari: "To close this matter we have automatically cancelled the order, credited the buyer profile and charged you an admin fee as per our agreement." So you refunded the buyer, after he received his package and you are still charging me an admin fee. I hold kalahari liable for my losses. Not to mention all the calls I had to make, selling my stuff through you cost me more than I'm making at this stage.
