On the 10th of September I took my Samsung laptop to be sent away for a repair quote the job number was JC00630007846 I paid the R450 handling fee I asked that they let me know what the quote would be before repairs are to be done. Two weeks later I was called with a quote which I told the lady that I will not want Samsung to repair the laptop as it was to expensive I asked that they inform Samsung and have my laptop sent back without repairs because it was cheaper to buy a new one. Since then I have been calling everyday to find out when I can come and collect my unrepaired laptop to no avail I want to know how long should I still have to wait before I can come and collect my laptop. Today is the 3rd of October it has been 3 weeks just to get my unrepaired laptop back. HOW MUCH LONGER DO I HAVE TO WAIT!!!
