Last December we bought a Smart TV at the Menlyn branch. Over the last month or so, some "dead" pixels appeared.
I recorded the complaint on the Game website and was contacted by Jacques from the Brooklyn Branch.
Not only did he organise to fetch the problem TV from my house and deliver the new one, he also replaced the television set with a new model - which was not expected as the set was already more than 6 months old.
I did not expect such good service and Jacques and Jennifer really impressed me.
I am a very pleased Game customer and will definitely go back to them, and specifically the Brooklyn store, for big and small purchases.
