I saw a product on special in the clicks pamphlet so I went to my nearest clicks (west Street Durban) and the product was not there. I asked a sales assistant abt it and she said they don't keep that product and I must try one of the bigger stores. I then went to all the clicks stores in the Durban cbd and still no luck. I then spoke to the manager of the Workshop branch and she called the Pavilion branch and they had stock but it would take 3 or 4 weeks for delivery! I still went on the clicks website and enquired abt the product and I still haven't received any response from them. This is very poor customer service!
