I went to pay my Jet account at Edars East Rand Mall on the 25th of September 2013 at 18:13, using my debit card so I got a confirmation sms from the bank that the funds went through.
After making this payment I got a phone call on the 27th from the call centre agent claiming that I have not yet paid my account. I explained to him that I have paid and to which store I made the full payment required. Accordint to him they can not trace the payment. My bank statement shows that the amount was paid.
I have been getting calls every day reminding me to pay and this is annoying. I have sent the reciept from the store as proof of payment but I am still gtting automated phone call to settle my account immediately every day.
This is very annoying to the extent that when I am finished paying the balance on my account I will close it off. No one is bothering to check what happened with the amount i paid they just keep on calling me demanding the payment yet i have already paid.
