I was told to go get a voucher today 01 October 2013 at Legit, only to find that they are giving me R 100 voucher, I bought a dress last week for R 199, 99, why are they giving me 50% value of the cost of a dress. The dress didn't even last me a week and it's already torn. This is really a poor service. Can I be refunded my full amount and I will go somewhere where I will get a better service because this is really not on. The manager said she was told to give me R 100 by her manager. WHY Must I be given R 100?
Can somebody assist with this situation, the dress is torn and it's not my fault that is torn. I didn't make the dress, so I am expecting a better service than this. Even the manager at legit is not even willing to help. I need some assistance please...
