I have been waiting 3 weeks now for a response from the branch manager regarding a tear in my couch. I phoned the area manager close to a week ago with the same complaint. I have e-mailed the photo and no response. This is now the 2nd time this has happened. Last time I had to complain numerous times to numerous people until it finally got sorted. This is now the 2nd time I am battling. Is this going to be a common house and home problem? This is why I do not recommend to anyone I know to buy from house and home.
My couch is still under warrenty and I would like it fixed ASAP as I will not be left like last time with a 2 piece lounge suite.
