I receive a sms stating that I did not make a payment on my account.
So I phone Ackermans to query this I was told that I have to pay the amount for retrenchment Insurance as I have never paid this and did not sign up for this so I wanted to cancel my account as I was told I need to make the payment first and then phone back to cancel my account so I made the payment and then they tell me no only after 5 days I can call back. As a loyal Ackermans buyer I will never buy another thing from that shop for the poor service I have received.
