I bought a marble ring from them about a month ago. The ring needed to be resized which they told me would take 2 weeks. I fetched the ring about a week and a half ago. Last week Friday when I was busy at work, I saw that the ring is damaged as if it had been painted and thinners was rubbed over it and the whole pearl/ marble came out of the silver ring. I only wore it for a week - HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?? We took it back to the Woodlands NWJ store on Saturday and they said they will refund me but on Monday only because the manager has to do an EFT payment. That was yesterday, I still haven't received my refund back as yet. This is ridiculous and I will warn all the people NOT to buy from NWJ because they sell fake products.
