6 Months old Samsung Ativ

I bought a Samsung Ativ tablet / PC from Incredible Connection, Menlyn during March 2013.
After 6 months of use the product started giving me problems. It froze, the USB port stopped working and sometimes it just quit programs while I worked and returned to Windows.

I took it in to Incredible Connection, PE, as we moved to E. Cape recently.
After having to wait about 40 minutes before anybody helped me, the very helpful and understanding IT/repairs guy, Breedt, eventually asked me if he can help.

He tried his best by backing everything up then did a systems restore. I got the unit back as I gave it to him, everything in order, except the unit kept freezing and the USB port still didn't work.
He then directed me to go directly to TTS, the Samsung agents in Port Elizabeth.

I handed the unit in at TTS Repairs and Services at the corner of Cape Rd and Mount RD, Port Elizabeth.
After another week, almost 3 weeks of work lost because of this unit malfunctioning within 6 months and a few days of buying, I was told its ready for collection. I got the unit back, my Office 365 was replaced with Office 2007 without my consent and all data erased! No emails no documents, all gone
