I went to clicks centurion mall to do some medical test on saterday.which i didnt do cause my partner was not there.and the other reason was to enquire about the type of tests and prices they are offering.i got there, i found a nursing sister in the clinic side.she gave me the prices and i went back to inform my partner.then first thing monday morning at past 10 i went there.i found the same nursing sister but i was not aware if was the same person i spoke to on saterday.she was beasy with another gentle man, then i thought to take a seat and wait for her to get finish.before i can even seat, (nursing sister) hello sir what are you doing here.(me) i came to the clinic to do tests.(sister) no no sir.dont you know that before yo come here you must make an appointment.(me replying) no.i was actualy here on saterday.before i can even finish that sentance.yes you spoke me.and i told u you must make an apointment.the way she spoke to me.the tone of her voice.she spoke to me like i was a child.infront of another customer.she was then teling me how she is fully booked and she cant realy do the test for both.i must come alone.i just walked away and went to dischem centurion mall.good service thanx
