I saw a Black Converse All Star Boot for R549.00 and asked Xolani to bring me a size 6 1/2 and when he brought me the product as requested the price on the box was R649.00.
I then asked him why there is a difference and he said he didnt know why and then called in Brian who seemed to be his supervisor, i explained to them that i wanted the product at the floor price i saw on the display and they said to me that it was old stock and that the new price was R649.00, Brian then took the product to Gladys who also seemed to me like she was the Manager and she also refused to give me the product at the floor price as displayed.
I was forced to pay the escalated price of R649.00 and denied my right as a customer to purchase the product at the displayed and advertised price of R559.00.
