No Statement or EFT Details

Hi There,

I received a payment reminder email this morning which I found in my junk folder referring to a statement, but I never received any statement. Nothing at all has come through yet.
Naturally I know this account needs to be paid, but I am not going to get a chance to run into a store before Wednesday, so I would love to do an EFT today, but I can't do this because finding bank details or my reference number without an actual statement is impossible.

I tried registering online to pay that way on Friday, but I am still waiting for registration approval and from what I gather through Google, it cannot be paid that way anyways.

Phoning in is of no help because no one seems to be able to assist without telling me to go to the store. If I could get to a store in time I would, but one should be able to pay via EFT without this much hassle.
