We've had 3 Colgate 360 Battery Operated toothbrushes in the last few months. To Date the 1st 2 have lasted only a few weeks. We've changed the batteries and tried different brands of battery as well but to no avail. The product seems to be good value for money thus we bought a few units but if this is the quality it seems that the value has been negated, I've tried sending an email to the customer service address but perhaps there is a old information on the websites. Colgate has been a household name for us since we were kids but unfortunately this type of experience can be quite off putting.
