Last time I am ordering from Kalahari

On 21 August 2013 I ordered a product online from Kalahari using a combination of a gift voucher (R800) and my credit card (R99).

The product arrived on 29 August 2013, however I discovered it was defective on opening the packaging. I made arrangements with Kalahari for the collection on 4 September. Their courier arrived promptly on 5 September to collect the product. On 12 September I received communication from Kalahari's returns department to inform me that they would process a refund to my account. I would have preferred that they merely exchange for a new product. However I was told they need to process the refund to my account and I will have to order a new one online again. After several phone calls and emails in which I was promised that the money would be refunded to my [URL Removed] account... I have finally received the R99 credit but NOT the R800 voucher credit.

I am very disappointed in Kalahari. It will take a small miracle for me to order online from them again. When I finally receive my refund and place an order for a new product it will be a total of 2 months waiting. All I can say is that it is so much easier buying a product from a reputable store.
