Stuff does not want to work

I have been many times to checkers on the bluff, and many times find the staff is not willing to help a customer, like getting bread rolls or asking where stuff is, they get upset that you asked, and they give you a look like why are you here asking me this. they feel that thay are doing the customers a favour by helping over the counter, and they are always so slow in assisting.

my partner and I have had to go to another stores at times, due to waiting in a line at the bakery for over 10min, on a quiet day. First they can see us from the back standing and waiting to be assisted, and when they do attend to the people they choose

if this the case then checkers need to get staff that want to help customers, all the ads of checkers being such a friendly place to shop is false advertising.

i am really upset that checkers staff show that the store is there just to do us a favour, and inconvenience us as they like.
