I bought a launge suite in 2011. On purchase I was told that it was geniune leather but to my suprise it was not. After a few days when my furniture was delivered I realised that it was torn where no one can see unless one is inspecting the couches. I called the store to come and collect it and replace it with one that had no deffects and that they should give me the one that was made from genuine leather.
I went to the shop again, this time I got an sms with the reference number 173502 and after that I got a call and I was told that someone will come and have a look again, no one came.
I escalated the matter to the head office and till now there's no response.
It seems I am paying for something that I am not satisfied with.
I was told that the lounge suit I bought is leather but to my surprise in two years it is already ton. I thought I was buying something that will last for longer as I was told it is leather.
I now want the shop to come and take the lounge suit and refund me all the money that I have paid including interest. Always when I look at it, it frustrates me to think that I have thrown my money away and wasted my time.
Please help!!!
