I purchased a second hand book from Kalahari on the 23rd of July 2013. The person had sent it to me via the post office and a month later I had still not received my book - I understand this was completely out of the control of Kalahari and the seller, but it was out of mine as well. The book was then returned to sender and I requested a refund on the 8th of September 2013. I was then told that I would only be refunded once the book was delivered back to the seller, which is not fair as the sale technically never took place because I never took delivery of the book. I then waited for the book to be returned and as per the post office the book was returned on the 13th of September already and I still have not received my refund. I received an e-mail from Kalahari on Tuesday 24 September advising me that my refund has been done already and still I don't have my money! My exam is on the 24th of October, less than a month away and I have neither the textbook nor the money back
