Last week i visited your branch in order to obtain a new pack of my birth control pill. the pharmacist checked my prescription and gave me my bill (which was sealed in a packet). The label stated Diane 35 which was the correct pill i should have received. I then went on vacation taking the sealed packet with me - and to my dismay opened it up to find that i infact received a YAZ (with the diane 35 sticker that clicks produces on the box). i was quite upset as i did not have any spare pills around and needed to use the new pack - which obviously serves an important purpose. we attempted to return the pill and obtain the correct one at the clicks -eastgate branch but was turned away being told that it must go back to sunninghill. Due to this i could not take the pill and wait 4 days until i could go back to the sunninghill branch. firstly the incorrect medication being supplied was unacceptable (given what the pill is used for) and secondly the horrible attitude in that eastgate would not assist was pathetic!
