My husband bought me a new wedding set from Centurion mall 3 months ago. I did not wear it as I wanted it blessed by our priest. I went to Sterns to complain and wanted a refund. I was referred to the 'head office' the lady there said she cannot make a decision Gail Rubenaimber and will refer it to her managers just like the branch manager Alicia said. Bottom line I have a R6000 ring in its box just sitting in my cupboard I cannot wear. I want my money back. My engagement ring and first wedding set was bought from them and I have not had any complaints until now.
