Bought a RC helicopter on the 24th of September 2013. The holding the blades was loose and can not be tightened. Went back and the shop was closed at 17:00. Went today (26th of September) and was told they can do nothing, toys can not be returned. What a load of nonsense. This goes against the CPA. So now I have a broken product and they have my money. I will make sure no one ever buys from this store again.
