Preorder problems

I pre-ordered FIFA 14 as a gift for my boyfriend and not only have I not been notified of any changes in status but my order has disappeared completely. I'm very unhappy about this especially because this is my first and definitely my last purchase with kalahari. I placed this order on the 30th of July and nobody has contacted me about my order or why it is no longer there
