On the 16 September my husband applied for a game account online. He was phoned shortly after ward and was told to forward a copy of his ID and payslip via email. The next day I called to confirm the email address i had to send it it to and was told to send it to [Email Removed] I received confirmation that these documents was received and and its been forwarded to the correct department. This email came from Valne Murphy. Later that day, I received an email saying that the application was unsuccessful. I sent an email asking why it was unsuccessful. the next day I received a reply from Abegail Lottering saying it was due to his requested documents that was not received. I replied to her saying that we did forward his documents. I have not received a response since. I would like this sorted out ASAP. My husband does not have internet access, therefore, i am filing this complaint on his behalf.
