I entered a Beacon Maynards competition and was told that i had won a prize and would be contacted within 72 hours. 5 days later (on Sunday), i got a call asking for my email address so they could send me forms. Can't tell me what i won. I supplied it. Nothing was sent. Tuesday (public holiday-Heritage day), the same guy phones me again (got his name-Shamuel), asks me for email address again. I give it. Again, nothing was sent and today i get an sms saying i must phone in to get my prize, but not what the prize is. The number is continually engaged. I eat a lot of Beacon and Maynards products but i am so put off the brand now that i will steer clear of it and use others. I hate!!! I see that they are a company that doesn't respond here. No wonder!!! Disgusting, Beacon Maynards!!! You have just lost a loyal customer!
