I have purchased a denim jacket from the Life Shop in Gateway, it was a gift for someone else and the size was incorrect.
When I went back to the store on 3 different occasions the rude manager said they don't stock and she did not know when they will be getting stock.
On the second week when I go there they now have stock but don't want to exchange the item for another size because it is over 7 days and nowhere in the shop says exchange within 7days. So now I have jacket that cost R1800 and is small and can't use it.
As for the manager Roxanne Micheal claims to be the manager is absolutely rude and shouts over her voice at the customer. She needs to go for training as she has no people's skills.
I have been shopping at Life for a while now and never expected services like this, which is a bad reflection on this store as they logo states "Integrity - Excellence - Accountability in all we do".
The Staff there does not believe in what they are working there for. There for they don't have what they stand for the Integrity, Excellence and Accountability.
Please help with this urgently.
