On the 15th of September 2013 I activated the OTA Service Edcon has to be able to buy airtime using my Edgars Account Card at CNA Musgrave in Durban. I was successfully registered.
I bought airtime TWICE that day. My account was BILLED. The airtime NEVER arrived!!! I called the call center about 4 times now using MY own airtime and they keep promising to look into the matter.
Your call center agents are not well trained. I heard constant background chatter and they do not tell you that you are on hold, you just wait and wait for someone to reply.
The last time I called the lady took my details and said I would be called back. NOTHING TO DATE
I want my airtime sent to me or the money refunded to my Edgars Account. I think its unfair that I must use my airtime to chase after Airtime that I have been billed for. Its been over a week and nothing.
Please sort this out as I am very very very annoyed. This is not good customer care in the least.
