Worst customer service experience ever received

My husband and I just bought groceries from Makro Germiston, when then proceeded to purchase liquor at the liquor section of Makro at the same store. We were assisted by a rude, ill mannered cashier by the name of Philiswa Boi, the woman does not know what customer service is. She did not ring up all the goodies we bought, we were made aware by the security at the store's exit, instead of apologizing to us for not ringing the goods, she blames my husband for not showing her the goods that were not ringed by her. Her mind is allover the place and she is unable to attend to her duties properly. She lacks professionalism and does not deserve to represent the Makro brand. We have shopped at Woodmead, Centurion and The Vanderbijlpark Makro stores, we have never encountered such a bad attitude from a Makro employee.
