I bought Lounge Suite for R37 000 at Rochester Home Decor or Furnitures at Carnival Mall. My Lounge suite is still under warranty, but to my surprise the leather is changing colour in all the sofas from orange to black. I went to Rochester Stores to lay a compalin on the 19th August and after three weeks without any response I went to the shop again to make a follow up. The guy who assisted me called the responsible person who claimed that on Monday the 16th September they will come and collect and indeed she called me on Monday morning to confirm availability of someone at home to collect. During the conversation, I asked whether they will loan us other pair of sofas as per store promise while our sofas are away for their attention and she said they dont have the spare couches and i asked her whether must we sit on the floor while the chairs are away and she said she will call me back. to my surprise she never called me back until today, i only recieved a call from the driver who said he is on his way to collect the sofas and i told him that i refuse that he should collect unless he bring along substitute chairs. To date no one called us from Rochester, thats bad service.
