Transaction deducted for goods not received

11.09.2013 approximately R1, 500 was deducted, 13.09.2013 I enquired at the branch, after visiting the bank and requested them to investigate, as they could not find the transaction slip. The week after I struggled to get hold of the person assisting, the Manager said that still nothing was found. The query was send to their head office, of which the lady only send a mail 19.09.2013.
