I do not appreciate being hounded by your people regarding the non-payment of my account. Every time I go to Foschini (in Stellenbosch), before or on the 1st (or a few days after that, I cannot pay my account because your systems are always offline. It's a waste of my productive time. The staff there are useless and sometimes, I manage to pay at Fashion Express, who seem to sometimes manage the offline system better than the people at Foschini. I suggest that you upgrade your system as this has been happening since I opened my account last year.
It is rather annoying. What is even more annoying is the guy that called me last night, with his nonchalant tone, even sounded like he was eating while talking to me. I do not appreciate this from you.
Yes, my account is behind in payments (partly your fault, partly mine for not wasting enough of my time to see if your system is online or not). I'm sick of having to perform at your stores (TFG), so that somebody does something so I can pay.
