I would just like to thank Dineo Mahlong at Makro Germiston and Makro for their swift sorting of my problem. The problem was sorted within 2 days after lodging my complaint. And for this I would like to say Well done. I was even contacted on monday via email and tuesday via telephone to find out if the New chest freezer I received is working ok.
