This is a copy of the email I sent Wendy-anne Millar last Saturday. In a prior email she suggested I contact her first, rather that go onto hellopeter. Well, that didn't work.
Dear Wendy
My shopping experience at your Sunningdale store has definitely worsened over the last while. None of my complaints have been addressed. (I first raised these issues with the regional manager about two years ago and again a few months ago.)
What is worse though, is that it seems Security has been instructed to make my shopping time very unpleasant. They follow me as soon as I walk in the store, until I leave. I am not a criminal and have never anything in my life, and have shopped at that store almost every day for the last ten years. They are trying to intimidate me into not going there any more because I regularly expose their poor management with regards to pricing (amongst other things)
I am not imagining this, I have had security experience in the past, and I have tested them. They make it quite obvious that they are watching and following me.
I thought it better to go directly to you about this, because any issues I've raised with management in the past have come to nought.
