This is feedback about the complaint i sent last Saturday, ref number 1901130040/GO to Edgars and i was told that my query was resolved. I then contacted the call center on the number that was provided for me and sad news is Edgars is still charging me for the extra credit. I explained briefly on my first complaint that I WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for the extra credit given to me because I did not ask for it!
To my Knowledge after my last payment of R600 into my Edgars Account, the outstanding balance should be around R900 (Credit limit is R1500)
Edgars should resolve this. When i call the call center im told of an outstanding balance of more than R1900.
I will only pay the what i know is due to me and Edgars should sort out the extra credit they gave me that i didn't ask for.
If this is resolved this time i want Edgars to send me my statement stating the correct outstanding balance to my email address [Email Removed] and a phone call on 0832001638 confirming this to me.
VERY SAD CUSTOMER!
