On the 12th of september 2013 I received a sms reminding me that Ackermans still need a application form filled in, in order for me to open an account with them. On saturday 14 september i went in store to fill in my application. To have a start their application assistant at the door was very sarcastic and rude. As i filled in my form and asked for help the lady took the pen out of my hand and filled it in with an attitude towards me!! Monday the 16th i phoned to ask is my card ready they gave me a customer service no who was verry helpfull and said they never received my aplication from the store. I phoned the store manager asking to help me with the status of my application and he was very rude and unhelpfull he refused to help me and said i must go in store and fill in a new application. This in unacceptable!!! I dont have time to waste in and out stores and then they dont do their jobs!!!
