A few weeks ago I registered my wedding registry online. When I went to WW Canal Walk they said I could add any item I wanted online or they could do it instore for me so I went home and tried but alas, none of the items I wanted to add were available online. I then went into the Waterfront branch and put all the items into a basket and the manager called head office and I spoke to a lady (think it was Gillian) who said she would personally add all the selected items to my registry and let me know once done. This was over a week ago and I have not heard a word from anyone and none of the items I selected are on my registry. Why do you offer a registry service is it in fact doesn't work? I am at the point of cancelling my registry completely with WW as the service is so pathetic. I tried to call their call centre this morning but was left holding for about 15 minutes so I gave up. I have emailed them and doubt that anyone will get back to me. Do you think they even have the list of the items I selected? I don't think so! I gave them my email address & mobile phone number but no-one is able to accept responsibility for doing something! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
