I purchased a lounge suite around June/July 2009 in Alberton. The two couches were not stable. 3sitter chapping off and 2sitter stitches coming out. I had thought to be buying real leather couches having had paid insurance for it and have told me its a life time guarantee. Around 2011 I went to the store to complain about it the manager then said that it's chemicals that I've used on it. I have never used chemicals on it. I followed instructions of using Dove and also have a proof of leather cleaner that I bought at the store when I first complained after 2 years of buying the couches. Again this year a sales lady who works for G&R who stays around my area came to view the couches and she told me to contact the call centre as she has seen the couches. it was too soon for them to be having problems. I then called the contact centre to report the matter again on the 27 August 2013 and its when I got a Ref Number: 189 872 the next day I got a call that they are escalating my query ever since no one has contacted me. I really feel I have been ribbed off since I don't even owe you anything my account is paid up but if I was owing you maybe something would have been done
