Sadly, after posting a complaint on Hello Peter a month ago (https:///rochester-home-decor/complaints/ive-been-calling-for-months-dont-get-answers-1164804) I received a call from Rochester headquarters. I was told there was some problem with the leather order and it would take an extra 2 weeks. I was told the same thing 2 weeks before that. And 2 weeks before that and so on. I really do not know if it's excuses (which is highly unprofessional of Rochester) or if Nicki (who puts in orders) is not able to process orders. At the time Rochester headquarters called me they said someone was going to call me and that I would be updated on the progress. After 1 month I received two cc emails from Nico (manager at Rochester Montana) about the leather that had to be sent on. I haven't gotten any news since then and honestly I don't know what to say to Rochester headquarters other than I wonder if Rochester is capable of reupholstering dining chairs. I wish I had checked their reviews on Hello Peter before purchasing. It would have saved me plenty of grief. I wouldn't purchase from Rochester again nor do I advise anyone to buy from them. Your money is better spent elsewhere!
