I purchased a couple of furniture items on 15 Jun-13 and paid by EFT the same day. And i paid & arranged for deliver to be made to Limpopo home lands via the Polokwane branch. in Jul-13 the other items were delivered except the carpet. when i enquired i was told that i must go and collect the carpet myself at the Polokwane branch, i didnt understand why and the sales person couldn't explain why the carpet was left behind. then later i was told that the carpet will be transferred to Woodmead where i could pick it up myself and transport it back to Limpopo at my own costs.
I waited for more than a month for the carpet to arrive at Woodmead and after several e-mails the carpet ddidnt arrive. every week i was sending an e-mail to follow up and with no success. on the 10th of Sep-13 i phoned and sent an e-mail to cancel the order, since they cant deliver. i asked them when can i expect a refund, and i was told that is a long process and i must wait for more than 3 weeks to get my money back, this is unacceptable since i paid them 3 months ago and now i must wait this long, i am so dissappointed with the service since i really liked the carpet.
