Cannot give a cash refund

I spent R 2149.70 about two weeks ago at Edgers Jabulani Mall. One of the pants, which costs R 249.95, I bought did not fit, I kept on forgetting to return until today. When I got to Edgers Bedford/Mall I came across a very angry looking cashier who did not even greet me, she did not even ask how can I be assisted. She jut stuck her hand out. I gave her my reciept and she said where is the card you used to purchase this. I said you cant refund on that card because that account is overdrawn. She responded by saying sorry cnt help. I then went to Chris who was not helpful either said go speak to the ladies, they know better than I do. It was strange how a manager can pass a buck like that and not take responsibility. I then explained to Chris that my chq card is overdrawn thats why you guys cannot refund it, I prefer cash or you can put it back on my other account. Chris refused and also refused o give me a number for his manager. He only gave me a call center number. He said he is not allowed to give his erea managers number to anyone. I'm highly upset by all this. The purchase took place on the 01 Sep even if I wanted to reverse the payment, I couldnt. Just give me my money back.
