How it all went...
o Bought rings 10x months ago
o Asked to get size of rings adjusted. This took two weeks and we had to call and follow-up ourselves. This made me nervous because diamond rings costs a lot of money.
o Struggle to get the diamond record from Wolf Bros. Could not get rings insured.
o After a month the diamond fell out of the ring and the ring snapped at the bottom. Had to go back in and get it replaced.
o After 4x months, second diamond fell out and claw broke. This is not supposed to happen. BAD workmanship.
o Took ring back for second repair and specifically asked to get ring fixed before 3x weeks pass. 10x days after initial collection date the ring has still not been fixed and WE had to follow-up on the service again. Nobody is taking any ownership.
o This is awful and shameful service. I will never again buy any jewelry from this company. They are unprofessional.
