I bought data and airtime at Clicks Cobblewalk last night, and left without my voucher for the airtime. I only realised this much later, and wrote it of as my negligence.
This morning I was contacted by the Store Manager (I think her name was Cathy), who then gave me my voucher pin over the phone. I have loaded the airtime and am very grateful that the money wasn't lost.
(I'm not sure how they found my number - possibly my Click or Credit Card?)
I am really positively surprised by the consideration and effort they made.
