I placed an order for a DVD on 5 September that was on a 2 day delivery period (order number 1000165188). I received an email confirming that the item was ready for delivery on 6 September and will be dispatched shortly. When I arrived at the post office, they said the tracking number was wrong. I contacted Kalahari and was informed that a courier number, instead of a speedservices tracking number, had been allocated to the item. I phoned 3 times and each person gave me the same answer: "we will follow up and let you know". I am yet to receive one call-back or email response and still don't know what really happened. This is very sad, since I have never had issues with Kalahari before. I will definitely think twice before ordering with them again and honestly don't think the "lower prices" are worth the frustration of waiting for a parcel, while not knowing what is going on. I'm not blaming the service consultants, because I believe the Kalahari customer service system is failing them as well! Please Kalahari, get your act together!
