I entered the Mr Price Superfan Competition. On the 6th Sep I received a mail that I won the prize was something they send through the post and a R250 online voucher. I emailed Meagan-Rae Gafney asking when I would receive my prize no response. Then yesterday I received the prize in the post thinking that I would soon receive the online voucher but I'm still waiting emailed Meagan-Rae Gafney again!!! No responses then today I called the customer service but no one can help me with my query. Don't see why I have to battle like this to receive a prize that I have won!!! Finally a lady from Mr Price phoned me back saying that their email is down that is why they can't send out the vouchers excuse me but how can your email be down for so long!!! I am very upset with this whole story and the best is I am a big Mr Price customer!!
