Hi-Fi rondebosch had a closing down sale recently & i bought a Samsung 46" LED smart tv. It was mostly demo stock so it came wit a discount as i didnt get a 'boxed' unit. Before purchasing the TV, i checked the specs on my tablet which i had with me in store & noted the accessories. Everything looked nice & i was happy wit the tv & discount i received. I even took & extended warranty out. In total the cost came to R11500 - a of alot to pay for a tv but quite worth an investment too. So i got the tv bubble wrapped wit 'all' accessories in an envelope.
Getting home i set it up & everything looked in working order except i was missing 2 components... IR blaster & the 4x3D glasses. After numerous attempts i eventually had contact wit the store & they found the misplaced IR blaster but could not find any 3D glasses.
The store is now closed & I have no 3D glasses, which when priced around is R200 a pair!!! I feel if you gonna pay like R10000 you should get everything as it states on samsung's website. I am very happy with my tv but very disappointed i didnt receive my 3D glasses (Samsung SSG-4100GB) or even that an attempt was made to get them for me. Very bad after sale service!!
