Ad service and non compliance

We bought a new KIC deep freezer from Makro Edenvale in April. Then after 2 days found that it was not working properly. After reporting it to Makro they sent out technitions that same day and the problem was fixed and was found that it was improperly assembled and it leaked Gas. 3 weeks ago we found that the same problem arised. Makro was contacted and they said they wil sent out a technition after a day nothing happend. Makro was contacted again and said that they wil send out the technition and again nothing happend makro was contacted again and we were told that they wil replace the deep freezer that following monday. Monday came and gone then they said it will be during that week. And it also passed. Then it was said that it wil come this tuesday the 10th of September. Again nothing up to now no respond on when we wil receive it. And we as a family needs it.
